Therapeutic frequencies (binaural beats, isochronic tones, solfeggio frequencies) are generated and embedded into the composition at the mixing stage — not layered over it. The frequencies become part of the music's acoustic texture, not an addition to it.

The embedded frequencies guide the listener's brain toward a target state — Delta for deep sleep, Theta for meditation, Alpha for calm focus, Beta for productivity.
